| Note: During their summer vacations, Jim and Bob earned extra money by working in the potato fields. They hauled the potatoes on a flatbed truck to the storage shed in Earlimart. By the time Jim was a junior, he had saved enough money to buy himself a car. He began by taking the fenders off, and then painted it a glossy black. |
